"If customer service is important to you, choose another dealership.. When my current car died for good, boyfriend and I went in looking to purchase . We met a salesman named Lyle, who was unable to produce the car we were looking at because it was at another location. He suggested making an appointment and even offered the extra convenience of keeping the car overnight to get a real feel for it. We agreed. When we showed up at the scheduled time, he looked at us like we’d never met, after spending an hour together just a few days before. Needless to say the car wasn’t ready. He couldn’t even remember which car he promised to show. Once figuring all that out he went to look for the car. The rep at the next desk sat with a nail clippers, clipping away at his finger nails, with obviously nothing better to do. When Lyle returned, he gave us the excuse that it was up on the lift and hadn’t been processed yet ( 3 days later). It would be available to drive around the lot only. We had other things to do for the day that then needed to be rescheduled due to not having the car to drive for the day and needing to start the search process all over again. Apparently the customer experience isn’t of great importance at West Herr."
