"My experience is usually pretty good. The last visit however was not so much. I knew I would be in a hurry so I filled out the advanced form online but when I got to the store I still had to fill out all the same things. So what was the point?. Two of the reps also started having a side conversation about cups after he started working with me. Then finally he said it had 7/8ths of a tank of gas in it, but when I got in it was only at half a tank so I had to contribute an extra half take or get charged even more fees.. crazy"
