"THE COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THE PHONE HAS BEEN UNREACHABLE FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS NO ANSWER. EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE FIRED. THE STAFF AND STEALING CARS AND PEOPLE INFORMATION. THATS WHY THERES NEVER NO CARS AVAILABLE. MOST WORKERS ARE HIGH MOST OF TIME AND BE OVER CHARGING PEOPLE FOR CARS. JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND AND COMPLETELY WASTE OF MONEY"

"This company doesn’t even want business. Completely unreachable via phone. I have a rental in progress that I’m trying to contact them about, and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I have it through the Sheridan Dr store and I have called 10 times, each time it rings and rings and rings for 2 mins then hangs up. I said, “okay, let’s try another store”. Tried calling the Pearl St store and lo and behold, same thing. Ring ring ring, hang up. Ring ring ring, hang up. Incredibly frustrating. Cannot even speak to someone, how do they expect business? How is there no one in this entire organization that can talk with me? I can’t do what I need over their preset options or the website, what should I do? Terrible experience from this company. Will be doing business with other car rentals from now on. And just wait, in a little bit hertz will likely respond to this 1 star review with some patent nonsense about how seriously they take these complaints and how sorry they are and how they will be in contact with local management. Nothing will be done. Always Avis or Enterprise, at least they treat me like a human. Which is apparently the bare minimum."

"Made a reservation one day in advance, arrived to Pearl St. location on Saturday only to be told that my license is on their black list and they cannot rent me a car. Called Hertz rental suspensions department next Monday (naturally, they are closed on weekends) and was told that my license is NOT on their suspensions list. Seriously? You made me change my plans because your employees cannot read numbers? Will never rent from Hertz again."
