"Delicious food, and my order was accurate. However, the "Grab & Go" option could use a little more.... Well, grabbing and going. I ordered about 15 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Kudos to the staff, though. They all seemed like polite, decent folk. Perhaps I just came on a training day? If I return again and have a better experience I will come back and adjust this review accordingly"

"i’m allergic to lettuce and asked for none and they gave me extra. they didn’t give me my drink and we couldn’t understand the person that was taking our orders"

"So so many employees working and it took 10 minutes to get 4 tacos and I was the only one there ordering. I got the double stack tacos that is supposed to have cheese between the hard taco shell and the soft taco shell and there was practically none as you could see in the photo. They received a 5-star rating for me the last time I went there and now a one-star rating is more than they deserve."

"A mess. Dirty tables, trash on floor, condiments unstocked, no cashier, visibly no sense of urgency to push food out, failed at a correct order of one spicy tostada and one medium drink. Regular customers waiting while commenting at how the place is a dump. Tomatos are green or spoiled. Trash can overflowing. So, right on par for taco bell in NY."

"Fast, fresh and always correct! Got lunch for two for under $10. 2 Mini shredded chicken quesadillas, 2 Triple Melt nachos, a Triple Melt burrito, a Beefy Frito burrito, and a regular sized Strawberry Skittles Freeze. Asked for mild sauce and it was in the bag!"
