"Seriously, this is an example of a place that is small, but has EVERYTHING YOU NEED... and more: They make actual real Egyptian food. I had their Koshari and was BLOWN AWAY. They even got the lentils right which is something very difficult to get. Their Chicken Shawerma is so good it needs to be booked in advance. Seriously it's the best chicken Shawerma you'll have this side of the Atlantic, and he even uses proper sag bread for it. But their Grilled Alexandria Fish (using Branzino) is the real gem you can't miss. It does need to be ordered a day or two in advance but is WELL worth it. They also make killer hawawshi (stuffed meat pies), stuffed wine grape leaves and the best pickled eggplants you'll have. This place is just a gem and I am so glad I found it at the very beginning of a hopefully long stay here. EDIT: OK, I'll just say it should be a crime to come here and not leave with a piece of baklava, or some of their rice pudding. Mostafa uses the most premium imported pistachios for it."
