"super super crowded. it would have been much nicer if it were less crowded and is the items where if a higher quality. i expected more of an artisans market and was met with mostly useless junk. great for tourists who want those sorts of items though."
"The most fantastic spot during the holidays in New York City. Amazing shops for gift giving as well as delicious food. Ice skating is fun just to watch with a no chewing allowed hot chocolate listening to Christmas music. You feel like you are in a movie! A not to be missed spot."
"Ta-Da Chicken is tiny Korean food kiosk that is part of the pop-up Holiday Shops experience in Bryant Park. it’s a small food stand on the 40 St side of the park. the menu is pretty small— Korean fried chicken, fries, chicken sandwich, and a couple of sweetened drink options as well. the tiny kiosk is well-maintained and brightly lit. there are plenty of tables where Ta-Da Chicken so finding a seat shouldn’t be too tough. stopped by here a couple of weeks ago and was in the mood for a snack—ended going with the kimchi fries. super crispy battered fries topped with kimchi, a spicy creamy sauce, scallions, and sesame seeds. the fries are quite good, has a nice crunch, and pairs nicely with the toppings to make for flavor-filled carbs experience in the park. the fries take bit of time like 15 minutes, but they are made to order. the fries are like a small size. the kimchi fries are $8 + tax + tip which is kinda on the high side for the portion but the fries are good and most eats in the park err on the higher side. the Holiday Shops close up shop after New Year’s day and don’t restart until the next winter holiday season, so stop by for some calories and shopping. the staff are friendly. drops mic cuz every day is FRYday i out zzz"
"Very busy during the Christmas week. Many vendors ran out of food by dinner time. Similar shops to the other New York Christmas markets. The mini doughnuts were amazing, so many flavours to choose from."
"A bit expensive, I could purchase cheaper items elsewhere. Everyone is jolly and don't mind having a conversation. This area looks its best when the sun is down. Frequently crowded."
