"Staff does not discriminate if you buy clothing designated for opposite sex. The guy who helped me seemed to have been trained to speak very gendered. But he was very helpful and was able to provide all the items I requested and price check. I felt his customer service was excellent. The blonde woman with black rimmed glasses was lgbtq+ friendly. I read reviews from multiple theory stores. Basically, if you buy, buy with the mindset that you can’t return for any reason. Five stars for staff."
