"Bought a ton of items cash at a different champs store, came in with a receipt and needed them to take off a tag(the kinds with ink if you mess with them) they forgot from 2 of the items. They refused, informed them of the policy it says on the receipt, return to ANY STORE and they still refused. I wasnt even trying to return i just wanted the tag off. They Said I needed to go to the other store that's about an hour out of my way. $50 uber for a mistake made by champs? All it takes is a Lil professionalism. I had my eyes on a few items but I'll keep my money for a store that values their customers shopping experience."

"The manager gave great service when I was in yesterday. I needed a particular pant size, and it wasn't available in the store. I thought I'd have to search other stores because I didn't see it online. But the manager said they could order it online and have it shipped to me. Today I called the store to inquire about another matching pants I wanted and the employee said if it's not in the store, it's not available. When I tried to explain to her they had just ordered it for me yesterday, she hung up on me."
