"I was Dr.Serafinis patient since he was established. The last time I visited his office was in 2020 for an FMLA issue and I saw a different pcp. Meanwhile I still needed my blood pressure med filled. Every time I went to go get my script it said on my bottle...schedule appt with provider....FOR FOUR YEARS IT SAID THIS ON MY BOTTLE AND THEY DID NOT MAKE ME COME IN TO EVEN VERIFY MY SCRIPT THEY JUST KEEP REFILLING IT FOR FOUR YEARS!!!!!! But then all of a sudden the office stopped filling it and i had to hound the office to even call me back and said oh youre not a patient!!! Are you stupid. You did not tell me I wasnt a patient anymore EVER AND MY BP MED WOULDNT BE ISSUED SO I SUFFERED TACHYCARDIA DIZZINESS BECAUSE YOU DIDNT CALL IN MY SCRIPT!!! Then I call and your nurse was absolutely DISGUSTING. I wouldnt send my hamster to this facility. HOLD MY BP MED SO I HAVE A STROKE."
