"BEWARE having Lowe’s install ANYTHING in your home. We were quoted for a flooring job and the contractors working for Lowe’s needed to come and do 3 separate measurements due to their own mistakes. After that, halfway through the job they told us they needed an additional $3,000 to finish the job even though nothing was hidden during the estimate process and the contractors were aware of the layout of our home. After this, the contractors broke 4 doors in our home (ripped one right off the hinges) and Lowe’s refused to rectify the situation. After many calls to Lowe’s Customer Service, they finally sent a representative to our home to inspect the damage. The representative said they would call within the next few days and never did. It’s been 2 months and we cannot get a single response. DO NOT trust this store with your home improvement needs. Unfortunately a BBB complaint is next. BEWARE"

"I mean, organized a bit better and home depot doesn't stand a chance.... shouldn't have to walk 14 rows from lumber to get screws! Other than that, the employees are great."

"I simply asked the woman at the customer service desk If she could please cash me out before I dropped all my items she told me NO ! Then told me that I had to go all the way at the end and cash myself out… I ended up dropping all of my items INCLUDING LIGHTBULBS and she did not offer to help me at all. However, a very nice gentleman quickly came to bring me available basket. I asked to speak to a manager and one never came. As well as just tells me they don’t care about their customers at all."

"I spent thousands over the years here and have ALWAYS been checked out by a clerk. But a few days ago there was only self checkout. I asked the self checkout worker to get me a clerk. I waited over 10 min and asked again. Still no help. I finally flagged down 2 associates that checked me out. I shouldn't have to wait 15 min for the store to have the pleasure of taking my money. I waited this long as I am principled. There's plenty of other stores in my area that always have cashiers. If this happens again Lowe's will no longer earn my business. I earn my money, you better earn yours!"
