"The customer service was excellent! When we went in to switch our service to T-Mobile, Shawn went above and beyond to help us, even staying an hour and a half past closing time, when he could have closed up and gone home instead of trying to resolve issues in switching service caused from our previous carrier. He even gave us his phone number to call him at home if any problems arose after we left. He even answered when we had to call him very late that night and tried to fix the issue. He did everything he could possibly do, above and beyond the two and a half hours in the store that night. Turns out our numbers were locked and would not be released by our previous carrier for some odd reason. I went in to the store again the next day, and Zain and Wasi again worked tirelessly to resolve the issue caused by our previous carrier. They got the same kind of run around and lack of cooperation but were very persistent trying whatever they could do to get the issue resolved. Finally, after 2 and a half more hours, they were able to push past all the nonsense and ineptitude and get our numbers transferred. They were great, even helping me after that in feeling comfortable and confident in my switch from android to an I phone, showing me how to do several things. Wasi even checked in later to see if everything was working properly. I can't say enough positive things about this group of dedicated people. These guys were all great examples of taking your job seriously, and providing excellence in customer service with smiles, great attitudes and they are a definite asset to this company. I wholeheartedly recommend them and this store to anyone looking to change their cellular and internet service. There are plenty of locations closer to me, but I would choose to go to this location every time because of the effort, dedication, persistence and kindness shown by Shawn, Zain and Wasi. If they are any indication of the way this company is run, I have a feeling I will be a T-Mobile customer for life. Thanks guys for your service, patience and dedication to this customer!
