"James is very rude and disrespectful, I came in Tuesday with my son and my son said he wanted to work there and James told my son that he shouldn’t wanna work here because if he did he would be made fun of. I think James should be fired for his actions and choice of words, my son was crying because was James said, consider firing him."

"Very disappointed. The past two weeks I’ve had to return to the store in Rocky Point NY. 1- the alarms that are attached to clothes were not removed and I had to go back and had them taken off. 2- on Wednesday is Senior Discount 15% Day I mentioned to the cashier not to forget it. After checking out I looked at the receipt and she hadn’t done it. After already waiting 20 minutes to check I was told to go to customer service since she couldn’t handle it. The line was extremely long there also so I left. Went back two days later waited on the line and received $18 returned to me. Normally would have ignored this but $18 is a significant amount. So as you can see these two separate occasions caused me to go there four times. 2 to shop and 2 to correct your mistakes ."
