"This would have been a convenient 7-11 to buy coffee in the morning, on my way to work. I leave early in the A.M. looks like the new night crew closes the store for about an hour(to clean). So no coffee :(. Though, recently stopped in right when they "re-opened", but they didn't brew any coffee! I did go in this morning,(4:30am), got my coffee, and noticed they ripped the bathroom sign off the bathroom door. I asked why , the answer was "it's broken". Yeah, ok.... two other customers complained about it too. I thought it was bathroom open for customer when the first opened up? Even though, it's a little inconvenient, I go to the old 7-11 on rocky point road they never failed me!"
"My family and I rode the near by Bike trail we asked the woman inside to use the bathroom. We were told we couldn't use the bathroom. She said the owner doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom.This was the first time we were ever denied the use of a bathroom at a 7-11 . It's not like were drug addicts I was there with my family. The women was very nice about it I could tell that she felt bad about it. This is not how to treat paying customers."
"My family stopped by for some hot chocolates tonight & was greeted as we walked in, a very nice welcome. The boss opened up a fresh can of whipped cream for us to top off our drinks. The staff is always friendly, place is clean & always fully stocked."
