"Literally the worst. Didn’t go through them by choice but made purchase via Overstock. Received the wrong item and it’s been a total nightmare dealing with them to make it right. Since they are a Marketplace seller with Overstock, you have to go through the seller directly. No response to emails and calling is not helpful at all and no manager to speak to. I guess I’m at a loss of $$ and/or need to go through the Better Business Bureau."

"I've never been more disappointed in a company than I have with these people. I ordered the wrong charger, and emailed them about returning it to them and getting the correct charger. I sent them the charger I had ordered, and waited about a week to receive the same exact charger! I emailed them, and they told me to mail it back to them, and they would send the correct charger. I sent them the -second- wrong charger on February 20th, by the 29th I still didn't get the right charger. So I decided to email them, and was told that they would send out the charger that day, no big deal. I finally got my charger on the 2nd of March. I've had the charger for not even two days, and it's so overheated that the charger itself is melting, and molding into another shape. It got stained the color of my carpet because of the head, and is literally falling apart. I'm so frustrated with the company, and it seems a lot of other people are as well. Avoid at all costs!"
