"Helping the client NO. Talking to each other YES. Worst service I’ve ever met. I asked two representatives to bring me the speakers (showed the the picture), they said that they’re waiting for the system to reload. Been waiting for 15min while they kept at the screen and talking. Asked again. Same answer. What’s the point of you in the store, if you can’t even bring the god damn box?! Gosh…"
"I will never buy anything from BestBuy again. I ordered a home theater projector to try out at home, returned it 12 hours later and was charged a 15% restocking fee! That was never made clear to me and it ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. I could have probably found that out if I had read the entire fine print but in today’s world of online shopping that just seemed insane. I made a point of ordering it from a store rather than from Amazon but now I obviously regret that."
"This location is decent . It’s hard to have associates available to help. And when they do help it seem like they don’t want to be there. I do notice that there is more security than associates on the floor. Kind of feel like you in a .99cent store and the owner is watching what you doing. I like coming to a Best Buy to try out items before buying . A lot of the item are missing , the associates don’t know nothing about it so regular customer like me spend more time trying to figure out the difference. It be nice to meet someone that like tech and is well versed in it ."
"I am writing this review because I have recently had one of the most disappointing retail experiences and I wanted to share so that others can avoid the same headache and loss of money. I live in Brooklyn. I ordered a printer from Best Buy and it was delivered by a courier called Roadie. I wasn't home at the time of delivery; when I got the photo confirmation that the printer was delivered to the sidewalk outside of my apartment building, I knew there was no way it would be there when I returned home. Sure enough, when I got home, the printer was gone. I contacted Roadie who gave me the runaround and told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy who gave me the runaround and told me to file a police report with the NYPD. The NYPD has way better things to do than track down a printer that was basically fair game. I hesitate to even call it theft - the printer's packaging identified what was inside and it was left in a completely public place. Because of Roadie's incompetence and complete lack of common sense (delivering a package to the sidewalk? In New York City? Come on now.) I am now out $80 and a printer with no plans to reimburse me or send a replacement. Both Best Buy and Roadie have utterly failed to take responsibility for this loss of product and I will never purchase technology from Best Buy again. Be warned: if Roadie is in charge of your delivery, you may never receive your purchase, and if Best Buy is the retailer, you will have absolutely no recourse when your purchase goes missing."
"This is my second time this month looking for some protection for my phone 13 pro no cases not screen protectors. When I called got someone in India huge turn off so far just wasted 40 minutes of my time. Customer service in that department sucks maybe because they being over worked. Sucks for me because I rave about Best Buy being a favorite store. I hope they get better management turning away lots of money that could be made."
