"During the pandemic it's been hard on all of us. If you're looking for am appliance you are truly at the mercy of some of the worst customer service high cost and delayed deliveries in New York. When my fridge stopped working I called around. The best I could get was high prices, 1 hour waits on the phone and "maybe it'll be there in February". I found shulem Feldman at S&W by calling all around. He answered calls and dealt with my questions. He was sympathetic to the problems I faced. 2 weeks later my fridge was there undamaged and working. Mind you it wasn't cheap but the other retailers were sketchy and incommunicado you'll do well with S&W. Ask for Shulem."

The issue is that they NEVER returned any of my calls to communicate through the issue. 4 weeks later I’m left with nothing scrambling to find the appliances elsewhere. Save yourself the poor customer service and order from PC Richard. I wish I could say good things but the people just didn’t care to work through any issues."
