"Horrible Customer Service. Such Unprofessional employees . No-one is there to help on the floor at all. We Went there few times; had asked for someone to Assist us, and nobody did, we got no help at all. Workers in the computer/ printer dept don’t care at all. We had Asked for an assistance few times while being there , and got no help… When I said to an employee by the register that I will file a complain, he said : OK ! which was so rude, and it simply showed me he totally doesn't care to lose a customer. In the meantime, the computer/ printer Department wasn't busy at all , and nobody had bothered to come up to us ; to help us with the printers. And We waited for over 30 mins for help… There was no apologies or acknowledgment from any of the employees while the department for printers was completely empty on a Friday evening. Service We are such a valuable customer of Best Buy. We buy so many different things from them and Best Buy on Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, NY had lost us as customers. PC Richards and Son provide an excellent customer service. I had been in different locations of Best Buy and this store on Bay Parkway in Brooklyn is definitely one of the horrible places to shop at, with no help from Employees, unprofessional staff, extremely poor and disgusting Customer Service, and lack of appreciation and acknowledgment for customers. Its Managers and the store employees shows absolutely interests in helping out customers. The worst Customer Service Experience at Best Buy Store on Bay Parkway, in Brooklyn location"

"Placed order with 6 items for pick up. Asked to extend and got positive reply. Without explanation the order got canceled. Contacted support but received no explanation. Refused to honor the original price and told me to go buy at the store. I'll buy it elsewhere"

"Best Buy has one of the best personnel in the industry. But there are not enough of them. It is a problem because layout of the shop is very confusing. I spent closer to one hour at that location looking for a very specific piece of equipment. It’s almost impossible to locate it yourself. It could be in video section. It could be photo section. It could be in vlogging or action camera section.. then after frustration, you try to find employee to help you - and it’s very hard to find one available. Once again customer service is superb. They are very friendly but it is almost impossible to locate small piece of hardware you look up on the website."
