"This guy is the absolute best. I just bought a new laptop and wanted to do a RAM upgrade from 16 GB to 64 GB. First of all, I just want to say he knows his stuff and is extremely thorough. I actually called the day before I went in and asked about the RAM upgrade service. He called me back and confirmed with me that my laptop was indeed compatible with 64 GB of RAM. That he double checked for me without my asking him to shows just how dedicated he is to customer support and getting things right. When I went in the next day, he expertly took apart my laptop, walked me through the process, and performed the upgrade. Not only did he double check, triple check, and quadruple check to make sure everything was running fine, he quintuple checked just to be extra sure. He also guaranteed his work and mentioned that if I ran into any issues just bring it back and he would return it to its original state. This service just doesn’t exist in so many places anymore that it’s incredible he is here for the Brooklyn community. Extremely fair and TRANSPARENT pricing. Wonderful service.
