"I had to pull over on the side of the road on my way home with my new RCF monitors I am just so blown away at the service I received at VIP. I almost never buy things new, and I’m a big believer in getting used pro audio equipment. So I found these guys had a used pair on Reverb and I drove in from New Jersey to grab them. When I got there, he offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse on a new pair and I couldn’t be happier. Usually when I drive into New York City, I find people are not as friendly and genuinely cool as New Jersey, but I met the sweetest, nicest people here and there’s a reason they have five solid stars on the reviews. The prices are absolutely unbeatable and the customer service is some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my whole life. I just can’t say enough about this place, there’s few mom and Pop brick and mortar stores open anymore and we need to support them. I even would , spend a little more to support a local store but in this case I spent less than I would’ve if I would’ve bought online! What do you guys guys think of that? Pretty amazing if you ask me."

"Don't ever leave your money here. The owner, I think his name is Mike, is just a vile human being. I heard a single interaction he had with an employee (who did nothing wrong) and I've never seen anybody so degraded in my life. The experience of hearing this man degrade and insult one of his employees in front of me while the employee was helping me was embarrassing to me. No man should ever speak to another man in this manner, especially someone you trust enough to work for you. Mike spoke with true malice and hatred in his heart. He wanted to inflict as much emotional pain on this employee as possible. It was truly disgusting to watch. He almost made the poor guy cry. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I don't care how much I need with this man has in his store, leaving my money here would leave a scar on my soul for all eternity. I can't believe the universe allows for people who are this wicked to reach any level of success. The man who owns this place is bitter and rotten to the core. He probably lives a good life but nothing will ever be enough for him. I'm just disgusted at what I saw here."
