"Just awful. I broke my phone screen after helping with a move, and their's was the only store open for repairs at the time. I was incredibly happy when they said that they could have it ready in an hour and, sure enough, not only were they done, but the screen replacement seemed great. After a while of use however, I noticed that the screen was nowhere near as responsive as it used to be, which made typing incredibly frustrating, and for some bizarre reason, my wireless service was completely screwed up. I have no earthly idea how a screen repair would mess with my ability to access my internet and make calls, but apparently it's possible at Myrtle Multiservice. And this hack-job was for the low, low price of only $80. I could have easily replaced the phone through my provider for that price, and I really wish I had been patient and done so. Based on the other complaints I've read on this site, I hope these frauds go bankrupt, assuming the whole store isn't just a front for some shady business; which, given its sketchy atmosphere, could very well be."

Men selling stolen stuff and stolen tha electricity from people on the building. This store don't pay for electricity have like 7 moths cut. Bill is over 15k. They don't pay taxes. I hope 1 day alfredo pay for all bad things I know the store just got stolen 8k but everyone one the person take the money just because you don't pay your employees. I work here before and now I take you to courts"

"Tl;dr Absolutely horrendous customer service. We give them a laptop for a simple 24 hour button repair. Come back a few days later and it's lost. No word. Told to come back Monday. On Monday they still don't have it. They'll call us 'tomorrow'. No one calls for a week. Come in, ask for the laptop. Boss isn't here, hang on. Come back in a half hour. More waiting. Laptop is found! Great. But we changed an additional part and the price is going up now. Our B. If they're not scammers, they're incredibly inconsiderate."
