"I went to this store to replace my iPhone battery so that I could extend the phone’s life span. They replaced my battery but damaged the inner wiring, and the incredibly useful Face ID feature no longer worked. The owner refused to give me a refund, and I ended up buying a new iPhone later that day, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Do not use this store for any electronic repair if you value your devices and your wallet."

"Do not bring your phone to get repaired here. I dropped off my phone to get my screen fixed, and the owner told me to come back in two hours. I went back two hours later, and he tells me he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the screen from Apple. Great, it doesn't end there. I turn on my phone, and it says there is no sim. We open it up, and the sim is missing. The guy swears up and down that he didn't touch it. I guess the SIM card just grew legs and walked away. I had to go to Sprint and get a new card, where they told me that little shops like this use the sims to activate other phones they've bought to sell. Steer clear."

Was able to repair my Retina 13'' which is complicated in comparison to the other Macbooks. Repaired quickly in 1 week. Very polite and courteous. Everyone should come here.
