"Mixed review. There was a young female manager who was fantastic and got things done. We weren't sure if it were our laptop or the charger that wasn't working. She said geek squad would have a charger and could check. The geek squad couldn't have cared less and said they didn't have one and that since we were no longer under our two year geek squad contract there was nothing that could be done. We went back to female manager. She had one of her peeps go get the charger from their back office and they plugged in our laptop and it started to charge. Yeah! The employee brought us to where we could pick up a new one. So it worked out but no thanks to Geek Squad. Make sure to keep that manager."

"I always get what I need, only issue this time is the pressure that the associates have to sell you the suscripción plan, is like they need to sell it to you and they can't let you go of you don't buy it. Is funny cause the girls that were trying to sell it to me tried so hard and still were not able to get me to get it. Is not a bad program but sometimes they need to read between the lines of a customer does not want to spent more after spending 1000 plus dollars at the store. To me things like this should be added after purchasing a big item that way the customers can always come back."

"I had an uncomfortable amount of customer service (maybe because of the time I went into the store (8:15ish)). I had this one employee follow around the gaming area. I guess she thought I wanted to steal because she kept asking me if I needed help (looking at video games ) after I said no many times. She kept eye balling a bag I had in my hand, as if I stuffed products in it. In all the times I'd visited a Best Buy, I was never approached by an employee for browsing. And I visited Best Buys (not this one) plenty of times with bags from different stores. As I left the gaming area, her co-workers and a security dude followed me (around the store)..It was uncomfortable. Literally doing last minute birthday shopping. Honestly, if this area has a past history of thievery, maybe all the products should be locked in containers. I don't recommend going to this best buy. They don't know how to treat people. Either they ignore your questions/concerns or treat you like a common thug. If you want to go to Best Buy, go to the ones in Manhattan and if you need something quick, run to target."

"I was greeted when I came in the store. This person helped me decide on a laptop and took the time to explain all the functions. I added the Microsoft office and walked out with my computer. I was very happy with the selection and service."

"We had really great experience coming to this Best Buy! Because they just opened it wasn’t crowded and all the associates were ready to help us. Derek - the associate who helped us knew about the discounts that were available and he also helped us to pick color for our new MacBook. They have 13”MacBook Air in stock (no other Best Buy in NYC had it in stock at the time we were looking for it). Btw the geek squad here is fantastic. Nicolette and Katherine were top notch. These girls knew exactly what to do when we walked in with our old MacBook. This is definitely our new favorite Best Buy to go to!"
