"This company Acosta and son was suppose and fix my E-18 (drainage issue) on the washing machine. He broke a piece and now the water is draining all over my floor, after they came to look at my washer/dryer 4 times since June. I NEED THIS FIX ASAP!!!"

"Price was high, but they were local and going to be able to install and remove the old wall oven/microwave and refrigerator within 4 days, so I rolled the dice. The wall oven when installed was not sitting level in the cabinet and 4 screws were missing to mount the microwave to the cabinet. The installers attempted to correct it but the oven was still 1/4" off. The owner came to look at the install, but I did not want the same same installers. He offered to help me fix if I bought the beer! I did end up correcting the install with the help of a friend and it was clear why the oven was not sitting level when I saw what they used to support only the front of the oven. A combination of scrap wood, dry wall screws and washers (see picture) After I built a level base that supported the front and back of the oven it sat properly in the cabinet. Their electrical work was also not up to standards and I had to connect the conduit to the box properly (see picture)."

"If I could give them a zero, I would! Very Inpersonal. My refrigerator has not been fixed for over 2 weeks, they have the part to fix it fir over a week now and refuse to make it their priority to make the repair. They were scheduled to repair it on Friday 10/13, put no one showed up and when I called I was told that they were waiting on a different part for my stove and when that part came they would come fix both appliances. That's lazy and inhuman, for me to have to wait longer because they don't want to make 2 trips. I have 3 children, that I can't keep milk or food in the house for for over 2 weeks now and has caused me to spend more money because I'm forced to buy food outside daily. And they still won't schedule the repair person until Wednesday because he doesn't work in my area on Tuesday. Unacceptable! Me and my children were definitely Not made a priority in this situation."

"We ordered a new Wall Oven and received it in a week. It was installed on the day it was promised and the installers were excellent, respectful of our home taking care to protect the flooring that led them to the Kitchen for the installation. All of the packaging for the oven was removed and the old oven was taken away by them. Great job guys. I would recommend Acosta & Sons for Appliances and have them install it.
