"You get what you pay for! I bought 3 piece stainless steel appliance set from Carlos at the appliance store. I understood that the condition of the appliance was minor dents and scratches but nothing on the front surface. All my appliances had big dents and scratches, all on the front, which he said he would replace 2 months later i'm still waiting for the doors to be replaced. I have a microwave that i can not use hooked up in my kitchen for 2 months now. Original pieces for the microwave were not returned to us. Instead we keep getting pieces that do not fit my microwave. I can not even heat up a cup of water because the dish does not stay in place because they have not replaced with original parts. I keep getting pieces from other junk appliances that do not fit my microwave. I would definitely avoid buying from this company. This store has really badly damaged appliances which they cover up until all the film is removed at your home buy by then your stuck like a sucker. When you call the store you get the worst customer service, basically telling you, what do you expect you only paid this much money. Your not even really getting a good deal because the same appliances that we bought i found on a sears circular for less money and you get your warranty and instructions with the appliances. You do not get any of that at this store. Just buyer be aware. Carlos talk a good game but he is not a man of his word."
