"Dr Spoor made ear impressions and ordered musician's plugs for me. It was quick, painless, and the plugs have a perfect fit and function. I went to a different audiology office before and while they were very nice and eager to help, they didn't seem to have much experience with this application which resulted in a device that didn't fit properly, even after remaking the molds. It was obvious Dr Spoor has more expertise on how to get these to seal properly, both in how to make the impressions, and knowing from experience which manufacturers to use or avoid. "New patient here. Dr. Spoor goes above & beyond to sit down with the patient & get their full medical history before starting any tests or procedures. She is extremely kind, patient & a great listener & answers all questions thoroughly & completely. She is very knowledgeable in her field & beyond. Any questions & concerns about insurance coverage is addressed in detail & discussed with the patient before they arrive for their visit. Dr. Morton & Mr. Patel (at the front desk) are also very professional & thorough in communicating with patients both on the phone & via email. They even have weekend hours which is very convenient for people who work on weekdays. The specialists & staff at this office beat every single medical practice I have been to for the last 28 years in their professionalism. Very highly recommended!"
