"BEWARE: Choptank Community Health Dental Center has extremely horrible professionalism and is indeed an unethical practice. Even though I stopped my routine visits years ago, due to one of their Doctors causing me to have a serious gum infection (abscess), for some idiotic reason I still allowed my children to be seen here occasionally. Please be advised: Most of the staff at this establishment have very poor character and should not be working in public service. DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING!"

"Since I've been going to Choptank Community Health not once I had a problem thus far. The receptionist is very pleasant when entering. They answer all questions to their best of their ability. I see a primary & mental health doctor's & their nurses assistance are very pleasant and very understandable. They answer all questions of your concerns. They notify you if there is a change in your appointment. Their waiting time isn't no more than 15 minutes or less."

"ATTN:BEWARE. I'm disabled. I had Dr.Zhou as my dentist. I had an appt for a root canal,the guy messes up on my root canal and comes up with a b.s. excuse as to why he stopped after 10 minutes of doing into my tooth. Said he "cut his finger". So I had to leave after waiting months for this appt. I ended up having a TERRIBLE tooth abcess after this appt which they prescribed me the wrong meds for so it got worse. i ended up being on antibiotics for a total of almost 4 months. Then he blatantly lied to me. He told me he would schedule my appt to finish the procedure which ended up being 3 months out. I waited my 3 months...and he forgot to schedule me! So they told me to wait another 2 months. I had called the place about this issue and dr.zhou REFUSED to speak with me when I've been super nice through the 20 mess ups(literally) they've had on me since the day I walked in. Its been nothing but lies. Unfortunately I cannot fit everything on here but I ended up finding out in the end that he stopped my root canal because he had no idea how to do a root canal on my tooth. SUPER scary. Why start the procedure then. I ended up having to go see a specialist because it was so bad and to think these ppl were going to make me wait longer and try to fix it. I have been traumatized by this experience. So I called administration and they were no help.the complete opposite actually.I have left a review for them too.. this place is AWFUL. If you don't want to have your jaw fall off or even die,I wouldn't go here..EVER. and just an FYI, no one reached out as they have written below."

"This establishment really needs to get professionals in here because what they have going on in here is ridiculous. The female that took me back to a room was nasty as anything, she had a very smart attitude and was beyond rude. I had gotten seen by a African nurse practioner and she was not knowledgeable at all. I could've received better results from a YouTube Dr. I had a high blood pressure reading the three times it was checked and I asked if I would be receiving a prescription for my hypertension and she said nope not this time. You talk about speechless, I was beyond that. I had to ask for certain things to get done and test to get taken for my other issues because she didn't know anything. Well about an hour later an absolutely no diagnosis I am finally done. If you enjoy wasting time and money this will be the place to go."
