Choptank Community Health System, located at 10990 River Road in Ridgely, Maryland, is dedicated to providing exceptional, comprehensive, and integrated health care to the Mid-Shore communities of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, and Talbot counties. Choptank Health offers effective, active management of patients' care treatment and provides after-care sick and urgent care telehealth appointments on Thursdays from 6 to 10 p.m. Patients can self-schedule these appointments for added convenience. Choptank Community Health System is a Health Center Program grantee and has FTCA deemed status with respect to malpractice claims, ensuring high-quality care for all patients.
