"I’m unable to rate Quest in Squirrel Hill. I arrived at 11:50am but the young lady locked the door as she told me they close at 12:00n. I was unaware they close at 12n Mondays. Just want to inform everyone."

"Catch this one. I had an appointment for July 3 in the morning. It was scheduled online. When I got to this location, the place was closed. It’s at least closed through Monday the seventh. However, it is not clear from the signage that it’s ever going to be open. Their notification is deficient. On top of all of this I received no notification ever that the lamp was going to be closed when I arrived there and saw that it was closed. I immediately went to the Quest Diagnostics on Central Avenue. The phlebotomist came out to take one of the patients was toothless. I told her my flight she brushed me off Saying she’s not responsible for them being closed. I got the same reaction from another rather hefty phlebotomist who is as rude as can be. So much for Quest Diagnostics ."

"I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived checked in via my phone. Unlike the horror stories I'd heard, I was paged for service within 10 minutes! The phlebotomist was professional and friendly too."

"I’ve visited this location several times for bloodwork and the staff members are always so kind, professional, and gentle. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and care about their patients. Additionally, the turn around time for results is extremely fast. I highly recommend this location!"
