"I got my car here, a honda civic. I came in time for my appointment but they were running a little late.(40 minutes) Which isn't a big deal. The process was a little tedious because of the whole texting thing which I didn't really enjoy. When I got my car it seemed like it wasn't cleaned. I'm missing a floor mat on the driver side and I only had little less than half of gas. Which I'm not sure if that's how they run the company. My last car I had full tank of gas (which was an amazing way to start a car) and it was a used car as well. But the guy Marcos was very helpful with figuring out some problems we had with the insurance. Would I recommend this place? Yes because there is cheap cars here and they are in great condition. Everyone else is asking 20% more in used cars. 1 star missing for the minor hassle and confusion."

Well, Zen lived up to every compliment that was given to me by a former customer of his Renee that I chased down in a Wegmans parking lot, funny story. He was professional, well dressed and very personable.
