"My experience was poor and left much to be desired. Sizing machine sized me with boots that were extremely tight on the sides and in the toe. We found that the H width and king toe were what I needed. The boots that I wanted were ordered as there were none in stocks. Boots arrived about 10-12 days later and when I went to pick them up they were extremely tight in the toe. This was because they were not king toe. Then I was told that those boots are not available with king toe making me wonder why they were ever ordered in the first place. I then learned that there was only one style of boot available with H width and king toe. I really didn't care for the style but figured comfort was more important than style. I was also urged to buy $70 replacement insoles and told that the ones that came with the boots were garbage. This proved to be very true. The standard insoles were paper thin and pulled out of the boot every time I took them off of my feet(very inconvenient and annoying). I would not have thought that boots with a $250 price tag would have come with such cheap, low quality insoles. What exactly did I pay $250 for? A name I suppose."
