"Traveling to USA and Canada from Taiwan. Came to this store on July 14 for prepaid plan. I specifically asked for a plan that has DATA plan for both USA and Canada, but the sales rep sold me a plan that only has Data in USA and unlimited calling and texting from Canada. Unbelievable. I’ve been in Canada without data and there’s no customer support here. Spoke to another sales rep, Miguel. Asking me to talk to the store manager, Gee. Let’s see how this pans out."
"I had my mobile home internet ordered there. Only internet! They charged me for an additional line, additional 65$ p.month, and they have been declining to charge back the money. Hotline confirmed that I had the contract for 55$ and never used any other service. They also advised that it is responsibility of the store to settle the mistake. Nothing done, I have visited the store 6 times now, the store manager needs to speak with his manager and today the manager of the manager has to speak with another manager. The poorest service, the most unqualified personnel. Actually very qualified in rip-off. To your reply, yes you can do something to earn me back: Pay back the 490$ you owe me because it was mistake of your employee. My mistake was that I trusted a company like T-Mobile, which is very reliable in Germany and I have been always been a customer but seems not such reliable in USA."
"Went in to upgrade my phone. Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The manager is definitely trying to “Make T-Mobile Great Again”."
"I went to this T-Mobile because my screen went out for a whole day, phone was still getting calls and ringing also texts was coming in but I couldn't answer my phone or see my messages. I told the guy in the store about my phone and asked him to trouble shoot my phone, he said he couldn't because of my screen being out and he said I have two choices go somewhere and have it fix or he can sell me a new phone, I told him I'm not buying a new phone because my phone was still new to me then he said I can't help you, I said to him that's a shame you can't help me but you want me to spend my money and buy a phone I got upset with him and I walked out. I didn't bother to go anywhere else, I was so upset. The next morning I got up checked out my the screen was still out, in about an hour later my screen gave back on and I was happy and my phone been working every since, I am glad I didn't pay him any attention I would have been spending money for no reason. I won't be going back to that store anymore, the guy had the nerve to say to me phones is his professional not to me it wasn't didn't do his job, just wanted me to spend money thank goodness I went with my own mind."
"Absolutely the most dishonest and rude group of people I have ever dealt with in a retail setting. They lied about the pricing of products and services. Then “forgot” to sign us up for the deal. When we returned the next day, “That promotional offer ended yesterday.” We agreed to sign up for a third line only to find they had added a fourth line. I asked about it and was told, “It’s a ghost line. It really doesn’t matter…” When I confronted them on their deception – after learning about it after calling 611 – they were hostile, rude and unprofessional. The only thing they are professional at is lying. I am amazed corporate TMobile keeps this branch open. Do not go there. The lesson I learned from this experience was that they are a third-party vendor. Whenever going to a TMobile in the future, ask if they are corporate or third-party. If they are third party: leave. The Williamsville TMobile is horrible."
