"Ordered online to pick up in store got to where the sign says online order picks i was waiting for 10-15 minutes a lady comes in after me immediately they asked what they could help her with she was picking up an online order they gave her stuff so i walked over tell her I’ve been waiting as if she couldn’t see me. Got my order & left i was so upset cause i was clearly there first but she helped the white lady immediately after me a black woman had been waiting well before she came in. I’ll never pick up at this store ever again i usually go to the one by Taco Bell on galleria drive but they didn’t have the sizes i need"

"Just picked up my order of a dozen balloons and they’re missing 1. I know it’s just 1 but it sucks to get to your destination and find this out last minute. I tried calling the store to let them know but no answer 2 times and its only 5:10pm. Disappointing."

"Don’t recommend this location at all! Went in to order 9 balloons for a work event and by the next morning they were all deflated and on the ground, prior to the event. Called the store and spoke with a lady who simply told me that I should have been advised to use a ‘high float’ and told me to have a good day! $15 wasted on balloons, will not use this location again."

"I placed an order for delivery of balloons for a graduation party. The "centerpiece cluster" was NOT delivered, they completely overlooked them. I had to go pick them up at the store! Plus, the four other clusters were NOT the correct, pearlized balloons I ordered. At least they got the colors correct... Very disappointed with the entire experience!"
