"If I could give negative stars I would. We were in the store for over 3 hours. All I wanted was to activate an Apple Watch. The sales representative who was helping me, Edward, told me that if I traded in my phone and opened a new line with them he could get my bill down to $45/month. I asked him several times to reconfirm this price point and he reassured me each time. Meanwhile, he was running to answer phone calls every chance he got, and he continued to tell me about how he had a customer coming in later that “better show up” so he could close his sale. When he wasn’t preoccupied with making other sales, he was scrolling through instagram. Several weeks later, I get a bill in the mail for over $200. When I reached back out, no one could tell me what my bill actually should be. I was then told that it would be $87. Then I was told it would be $90. Ultimately I told them I did not want the plan if they could not honor the price they originally quoted me, at which point they assured me that I would be compensated for the fact that I was lied to and for the inconvenience. Fast forward a couple more weeks and I’m told there is nothing they will do about it and I’m stuck with a bill of $1,100+ and no service!!!!!. I would absolutely never recommend this location or Verizon to anyone."

"Store is organized and clean. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The representative we worked with did not explain/outline the charges for our device and actually misled us as to what our monthly payments would be. Moreover, they do not disclose upfront the relevant fees they charge for services like transferring the data on one phone to another, they simply just do it and charge you (a process that can be done simply by oneself; it takes a few minutes and they charge $35). I would also avoid whatever ancillary products they try to sell you as they are usually significantly more expensive than what you can get at Amazon or Best Buy (and be warned, they do not price match). Many retail options out there but I would avoid this store if you can."
