"Pathetic. I came in looking for an adapter-did my best could not find it…went to the front to a who pointed me way in the back of the store. Still could not find it. Went to the checkout and waited as 3 employees people stood there…nobody Lifting a finger as I waited-one guy just stuck on his computer as I stood there-the other person cashed someone out and then left…finally, one person said he would be right back to help after taking a TV purchase to the front-this is an awful Best Buy store…lazy and clueless staff too busy talking to each other-it wasn’t even busy -I have spent my last dollar at this store."

"I was very disappointed in finding out after being told by an associate in June that they would honor both my otter box phone case as well as my screen protector in store, they would not and I would have to go to the manufacturer. They said the policy changed in October. Best bye made no effort to tell me. An email or snail mail. Just another example of big corporations not caring about their level of customer service."

The associates were friendly and listened to my needs as far as what I needed it to do and showed me around their top-of-the-line computers...Their knowledge about the products was spot on. I was kinda skeptical at first because its called a "gaming Computer" but they were definitely right this thing has handled every work task and program Ive thrown at it. Programs that took my workstation an hour to download, took 20 minutes on this one. The BEST part is I saved roughly $3000 dollars had I bought another workstation that had all the same components in it. This was all because of the knowledge, care, and patience (with all my questions) I was given from the moment I walked in the door to even after when I got it home and unboxed. There's been no other place that I've found that you get it all, Great customer service, newest products, as well as a huge selection of different brands, and my favorite...incredible prices! Thank you for all your help employees of the Amherst, NY store! I will definitely be back in the future for all my electronic needs."

"The store was clean and was greeted when I walked in. Staff was friendly. Prices are relatively competitive, and they price match most places. They had a lot of computer items in stock as well as a lot of electronics. If you're looking for an electronic purchase, I would come here and price match, that way you could see the item in person."
