"All my friends medical supplies were billed but she never received her needed supplies, did you find them yet it's been over a month of you searching for her lost bran new and billed but never received medical supplies also the no visitation of family and friends broke her heart."
"My dad is a hardcore alcoholic and I would not trust this place to treat him. The administration is shady. The facility is depressing. They do not prioritize the wellbeing of the residents."
"Admission process was quick and easy and after about 30 minutes on the phone, they had arranged to pick me up from another city to bring me to this facility the next day. Being my first time at a Rehabilitation center I didn't have too many expectations, but still I wasn't expecting the experience I had been given. Being there to seek for help I was left to feel stuck and immediately regretted my choices of admission. I don't smoke cigarettes, I vape. So when I was told there were no vapes allowed I was highly upset because they do have a smoking area and designated smoking times meaning during my time of stress I wasn't able to ease it because I couldn't smoke my vape. Trying to work on one addiction led me to almost pick up another because after a day in the facility I had started smoking cigarettes due to needing to smoke something which I tried to avoid. I had came in on a weekend day, and they don't allow phone calls on weekends which added onto my stress as well being that I needed to contact family to help with the process. The rules at this facility provide little help for those in need under certain situations leaving me to leave before my detox was completed. The staff and the people you'll neighbor with make the place feel easier to deal with but that's not enough to keep someone looking straight and keeping their head up."
"DO NOT BRING ANYONE HERE. I tried to communicate with my mother. They don’t let you. No visitation either. The front desk lady was straightforward and rude. Didn’t care at all about my situation. They legit didn’t even let me into the building and told me this was private property and that I was trespassing. They told me I needed to leave immediately. I wasn’t doing anything wrong. The care workers look like they could care less about anyone but themselves. It looks dirty inside, and the caseworkers there just looked at me funny when I said I wanted to speak to my Mom. I was my moms registered person at her other rehab facility. They wouldn’t even tell her that someone was down there trying to speak with her!! INSANE. How is anyone supposed to have a support network of people to help with your addiction if they don’t even let you speak??? Also I tried calling this place 10 times but it goes straight to voicemail EVERYTIME"
"DON’T EVER GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A JOB! They treat you like a leper if you need to call your boss until your STD gets approved. This place was nothing but a bunch of people who go there in the wintertime to get a warm bed & food & once they “reset” will go & do it again. I watched with my own eyes. Go to Gateway. At least they treat people with jobs like they’re human beings."
