I ultimately decided to go to Apple instead, where they helped me find exactly what I needed. I strongly advise finding another Spectrum store."

"We grew tired of very expensive Verizon bills so we switched our cable to Spectrum. We just completed switching our phone service too because of the promotion currently running. However, this review is about the people in this particular store. Mike, Abigail, and Chasity went truly above and beyond to give us great service, help us out, and simultaneously service a constant barrage of customers who entered the store. Throughout our interactions, they were personable and professional. I honestly don't know how they did it. They are probably not paid enough, but Spectrum should know that these employees (and I suspect others who work at this location) are doing an outstanding job. Thanks to you all!"

"I can’t tell you the frustrations with Spectrum cellular and spectrum in general we have had. We have spent 3 days trying to buy a phone in full yet they can’t get the Purchase though-so today we went to Apple Store and purchased and set up in 1 hour. Spectrum is the worse"

"Terrible service in the store. Guy lied to my face at the counter. Also have an appointment or you’ll wait a hour. Guy said there was no way to lower a bill. I ended up just calling customer service and got the bill i was quoted."
