"For a mid sized hardware store they have an amazing selection. Personnel very knowledgeable and attentive. I baught a chainsaw for my son in law and they spent a lot of time with him instructing in it's use and care and a very good safety briefing. Very personal and helpful where the big box stores only tell you the instructions are in the box, if that. They may not be able to always meet the big box store's prices but they usually make up the difference in other ways."
