"I called Eco Electrical Contractors of Ithaca, NY on a Thursday and talked with Wes about giving me a quote on installing a floodlight on the back of my house. Initially he said he could come and look at it on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. During our conversation he said that actually he was going to be working in our town the following day (Friday) and would try to stop over then. He didn't make it the next day and didn't call to set up another day for the following week. I waited until the beginning of the following week to call him again in an attempt to schedule a day and time that he could come look at the project. After six or seven more calls spread over the following two weeks or more without even the courtesy of a return call, much less an actual quote, I gave up trying to do business with him. I have started contacting other contractors which seem much more interested in doing the work for me. Two have not only returned my call, but have actually come over to look at the project. One of those has given me a fairly reasonable quote already and the other will have his quote to me in the next few days. Eco Electrical Contractors other two reviews from two years ago and four years ago claim that he does great work, but I'll never know. From my personal experience in trying to deal with him he seems to lack the professional ethics required to even simply return a phone call. I gave him one star because I didn't think I was permitted to give him zero."
