"My glasses were around $500. I had them less than a year. I took them off of my face before bed and they broke in my hand while putting them on the night stand. They told me that it would take a week to order the new frames. I asked what I was supposed to do for a week. They said there is nothing they can do. I said well I can't wear these like this and the woman said "well you wore them in here that way." Mind you, they are trifocols. I asked why it would take a week, they replied that today is Friday and Monday is Christmas. Okay so you can't put a rush on them for someone who desperately needs them. They said no! My mom also had a problem with her glasses there. Everything amounts to money. No personal care anymore!!! Last time I will buy glasses from them!"
"They are all absolutely awesome here!! If you're not sure about a style that will fit you, they will give you suggestions to you to meet your style. They go out of the way for all their customers!! Thank you all for great customer service!! Call make an appointment today with Dr. Scott or Dr. Sue you will NOT be disappointed !!"
"No appointments after 4pm and refuse to give me my daughter s prescription until they see how her contacts are fitting. Which she s been wearing for several months… makes zero sense. Oh and one of her appointments costs over $100 for a 5 minute check… after we were told it would take about an hour."
"IPL was one of the best money I have spent. I highly recommend if you are a candidate. Disclaimer: I am not an optometrist …I am only providing my personal experience. If you want more information I strongly encourage you to call the office direct. Dr. Sue has an incredible staff that is extremely knowledgeable and patient (I asked a lot of questions). Before IPL …I use prescription Tyrvaya nasal spray in addition to below: With my glasses: use moisture drops 3-4 times a day With contacts: had to use moisture drops on the contact and in may eye… just put my contact in Then I would start using moisture drops within 3-4 hours and then every 1-2 hours. After treatment: *Stopped Tyrvaya *moisture drops… I might use them once a day RELIEF! no more itching eyes and no more burning About the treatment It consists of 4 treatments that applies the light to the glands. Is it painful… it was not for me. They tell you it maybe feel like a rubber band snap. I didn’t feel that It is weird .. your eyes are covered and then you will see the flash of light.. it is really bright . It startled me, even though I knew it was coming. Relief… I didn’t feel relief until after the 3rd treatment. However after the 4th… Wow.. it was like it happened overnight. Considerations: if you love the Sun… you may want to consider doing this in the fall or winter only bc you are NOT to expose skin on your face to the sun. I took this very seriously and no issues at all. I replaced my daily moisturizer to one that has min of 30 SPF and if I went out .. my foundation has sunscreen and I wore a floppy hat. After the first treatment my husband and I went on a road trip. We were driving on the highway and all of a sudden my face felt like something was stinging it. This was not the side towards the window… it was the Sun coming through the sunroof. I was lucky but it surprised me how sensitive it was. Again, I can not provide you all the medical specifics as I am not qualified to provide those details. Don’t suffer from dry eyes , call the office. I hope your experience is as wonderful and successful as mine is. In case you are wondering…No I don’t work for any of the manufacturers or the office. I am just someone who was at her wits end and went to a very dear friend and said I can’t do this any more."
"My family has seen Drs. Sanders for years and has been so impressed with the doctors and entire staff. We’re not “just a patient” but known by name each time. We are especially grateful for Andrea who has such a gift for finding the perfect frames each year for all of us. Her expertise and personable nature make the experience of searching for new glasses pleasant! We would highly recommend Drs. Sanders and their staff to anyone!"
