"Can’t rate this agent low enough. Working with this agent is an absolute nightmare from Day 2 on. Friendly and charismatic until agreement is signed and then 180. This agent is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They consistently failed to show up for appointments on time or at all and often ignored calls, texts and email requests for information for days. Showed up late to all three of our open houses. Had stand in for one session, this particular agent received real estate license earlier the week of showing and is in our home showing it prospective buyers, imagine that - with no heads up or advance notice that this is happening to us. We are all for training opportunities under the right circumstances and with guidance and prior approval - this rep had never been in our home and knew nothing about it, our HOA or the surrounding area; showed up ten minutes before, that’s it. And the stand in is Only working as agent to sell his services as interior designer, has little interest or desire to serve the sellers needs, only to win additional work and fees. This agent and his teams lack of knowledge about the market was glaringly obvious, leading to several costly mistakes and missed opportunities. To make matters worse, their rude and condescending attitude made every interaction unpleasant. They’ll do the bare minimum with a smile and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by servicing your account. Will present plan during bid phase on how to attack the market to sell your home but only executes on maybe 10% of that plan and when questioned or asked for status updates, will not provide any information, will just repeat, “I assure you that I have your best interests in mind.” And that you should trust that they are working for you. One response, when asked, what did you do today to try and sell my home, “I bumped into another agent today and mentioned your home.” That’s what you get. The absolute minimum here from this team. Furthermore, as a selling agent, agent is more concerned about coordinating with other agents within his firm to maximize their profit while decreasing yours. Often favoring investor buyers for repeat business vs residents. Hard to argue that unless you are the seller, this agent will not have your best interest in mind. Any other current or former clients reading this with similar experiences from this agency or its agents, please get in touch with me. Has minimal desire or ability to negotiate or close a deal that meets clients needs. Their incompetence is further highlighted by inability to navigate basic paperwork, timelines and processes correctly - often resulting in numerous delays and additional expenses. It became clear that they were more interested in commission than in actually helping buy and sell property. We wouldn't recommend this agent for any transaction. Avoid this agent at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. Suggestion - use another agent or sell yourself. If you want someone to hire another firm to photograph your home, post those photos and that’s it please use this team. This is your group. If you want a knowledgeable professional to really sell your home and provide a valuable service to the seller and buyer, look elsewhere or beware. This group is a middleman and nothing else. You will leave money on the table if you use this team. This agent and agency give residential real estate professionals and their business a bad name."
