"This bank cares about customer service and is the only bank that I know of that allows customers access to there atms inside the building after hours. All you need to gain entrance to the building is your atm card this alone took me by surprise and conversed me into a future bank of America Checking account holder."

"Ask the community The only Bank of America ATtM in the city that's operational. Luckily this summer they're finally opening Bank locations in Allegheny County. Currently is you use a competitor bank ATM you'll get refunded the fee until the new locations open. You can also get $200 for opening up a new Checking Account as long as you have 2 payroll deposits."

"Located next to the Goddard School on Fifth and accessible by the street. I needed it to change my pin and did it successfully. Only hiccup was when I walked up to the ATM right after someone used it and the ATM said it was out of service. After a few "WTFs" and hitting cancel, the ATM went back to their main screen and I was able to use it to change my pin."
