"Good luck if need a wire. They will ask you a million questions if it's not even 1k. The questions include insulting your intelligence, making you feel like you are doing something wrong, and then failing the wire if they don't like the recipient or whatever is their criteria to approve you doing what you want with your money."

"Pnc business banking is the worst have had a large vendor check that was intercepted and fraudulently deposited but pnc denied the case due to there platform that lets you deny a deposit of a check , we check the checks but have 100 vendors and don't have details on the name of the person who does deposits for each vendor additionally during COVID they said they couldn't help with a ppp loan after 50 years doing business with them instead I went through PayPal who did it in one day bottom line find a different bank if your a business they are a joke and do nothing to help customers"

"I USE THE ATM ONLY HERE! Just commenting on the access to the ATM machine. It's well-lit in a highly visible area. The ATM operates just like any other but being at the end of the plaza's parking lot there's almost always a spot directly in front of the ATM machine. I've never had a problem feeling safe going to this ATM machine regardless of COH."

"Every time I go into this branch to complete a transaction, they ask me a million questions about it. Maybe they are trying to be nice but it is really, really weird. For instance, a few weeks ago, I w/d $600 to pay some friends for doing some work around my property. I was asked by the teller these questions: -Why was I taking out so much cash? (why the heck do you care?) -Did I feel comfortable walking out of the bank with that much cash? (are you serious???) -Did I trust my friends enough to give them cash, maybe I would be more comfortable writing them a check. (C'mon!!!) I'm sure the look on face was that of WTH, so she asked me if I was ok....then what's wrong? I said please just give me my money for I am in a bit of a hurry. It went on and on and on and on. This is only the latest occurrence, I have plenty more stories. I gave it 2 stars because, eventually, after too many personal questions and my time being taken up, I was permitted to leave the branch with my $$! ha!"
