"Hi there! I never supposed to do some negative review. But, I have to say that. This issue took a place on Monday April 1st, and it is not a joke. I was trying to deposit money from banking check to my account at this ATM. Some technical error happened and my check was swallowed by ATM and transaction wasn’t completed. So, didn’t get money, my check was swallowed and wasn’t returned to me by ATM. Immediately I’ve reached the customer service of the Citizens bank (it was so hard and it took for a while) So, long story short. I’ve made a claim, and they said me to resolve this problem may take 3 business days. I gave all the necessary information about me, about check, about that issue. Not 3, but 6 business days has passed. And today claim department said me that for some reason resolving my issue will take 6 to 8 weeks! WEEKS!!! It’s ridiculous and so frustrating. I’ve never thought that Citizens bank would be so bad and disloyal to customers. It breaks my heart…"
