"My nephew needed to get his eye looked at for a scratch or possible pink eye. Plus he needed a Dr's note to clear him, to be able to return to school. So, I brought him to the Express Care (urgent care) here. It's down the street from me, and it was a lot easier than having to wait a week for an appointment with his pedi that's 25mins away. I really like that we can just come in, without worrying about appointments for Express Care. We came in just after 7am. We were seen within 15 or so minutes of waiting in the waiting room. Once he was triaged, which only took a few minutes, we were put in a room to wait for the Dr. We only waited for around 5 minutes for the Dr to come in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. He was seen by Dr. Martin Omukhango and a woman was shadowing him for training (I can't remember her name). They were both great. Dr. Omukhango was fast and he was very funny. He made the visit more enjoyable, not only my nephew, but for me as well. He made my nephew feel more comfortable, and less anxious. The woman who was training was very attentive as well, and did a great job. She very engaged in learning, and she's very sweet. We were in and out of there within an hour. I loved that the prescription was sent to our pharmacy electronically, because it's more convenient and I'm able to wait at home for it to be ready. The new setup is amazing. Everything is clean. They have tons of masks and hand sanitizer available for those who needs it. I've been here before, for a tooth infection, but it was about 4 years ago and even then they were amazing and fast. I highly recommend!"
