"I love this gym and how spacious it is! The employees are so welcoming and willing to offer help in any way they can. The facility is always very clean and nothing is ever out of order. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!"

"For almost 2 months waiting for whirlpool to open. Said they needed a part. When part came, said it was opened but when we arrived they had it closed became it needed to be heated. Doesn't someone do that early AM????? We arrived at 10am. This past Saturday, someone pooped in the whirlpool, and again it was closed and would be closed for 24 hrs. because one of the staff members put in too much disinfectant. (Usually you can reenter in about 1 hr. if correct amt. is used.)If it wasn't for the weights and machines that my husband uses, we would not be members. Inside exercise area is around 74 degrees, should be 68 degrees. Most of the treadmills do not have working TVs. It was never like this years ago when we were some of the first members to join."

"I really thought about writing this Review before I did and am cancelling my Membership Today and for what now is the third time that I've cancelled my LA Fitness Membership within two Years for similar drama at this location and at other LA Fitness Locations. It should be written not only for my piece of mind but since I've lost money and now time in addition to a location to Exercise for very odd and unnecessary reasons. I was chatting with a Woman Today (A Member) and Who was working (Training) with one of your Trainers. They were heading to train and upon parting mentioned how "Some people I think focus on things that have no bearing on their lives when They need to clean their own Bedroom." and I presume They meant Me which is why I'm writing this review because when I persisted that I just was talking about an interest in The James Webb Hubble Telescope to that Member He persisted "Yeah but does that really have any bearing on your life, Dude? I mean really....Do You really believe that?". The problem with that and with this Review is that attitude seemed 100% personal and seeing as I've had a bad experience in the past with a Cleaning Crew Member telling Me on the Floor in the middle of a Workout that a Regional Manager wanted Me gone to an incident at another location unrelated to this one; It seems like a waste of money abd time to keep coming back with any type of different expectation or hope of a second chance. It obviously was something passive aggressive and personal that I let go on the spot because that Member of your Staff was working with Someone and I didn't want to involve them in....whatever that was but having a Member of your Staff make some weird and intimately personal statements about how I need to "clean my own life up"....No, that's a bridge too far and a sad event as I like your location. I'm heading to a Post Office now to mail in my third cancellation Form and I 100% will not be back *ever*. I don't deserve that and always am happy to discuss something in a proper and private way with Anyone but also don't think that going to a Gym should be that much work and so; It's been great but that was really a bit too much for Me and I'll leave You with that and a God Bless. "I joined because club Julian closed and this is the only place with a pool. The womens locker room is not clean. The lockers don't look like they have cleaned in a long time. The bathroom is not very clean either. The pool area has rust on the doors. The paint on the wall is comi.g up. It definitely needs some upgrades. I do not use the gym so I cannot give any input there."

"I come from MN. Just moved here not sure if all La fitness in the area are this old. But the equipment was rusty and are showing some age. It's fine. it all works fine. This location was not busy. This location is fine. With what I pay for my membership I don't expect much."
