"Very poor customer service. I called almost 3 months in advance to reserve a birthday party date for my six-year-old. I was told that the calendar was not open yet that far out but they had my name penciled in and would call me back to confirm. I followed up on two separate occasions with no return phone call, during my third follow up one of the employees informed me that they were already booked for the date and that my name was not one of the bookings. He said he would have the Director call me to come to some resolution and I never received a return phone call. Would never recommend as a play place or birthday party destination for anyone."
