"I'd give this place a negative 10 stars. This place is the biggest rip off ever I recently made an in store purchase which included an eBay gift card which was supposed to have $50 on it however it had $0 I tried reaching out to eBay they said that it was not properly activated. I went to the store where I was told that I was wrong that the card was properly activated and that I should call customer service well after 3 attempts and speaking to and explaining over and over the situation no help I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy literally told me that the supervisor would tell me to go back to the store I still asked to speak to a supervisor after waiting for a half hour or so that guy couldn't get me to a supervisor and he reiterated that I would have to go in store to which I replied I have noone is helpful and if you call the number listed it literally takes you back to the online customer service this is not cool I'm am out $50 on my credit card. Thank you best buy for steeling from me enjoy my hard earned money. I will never shop at no only this best buy but any ever again."
"Interesting to see changes in this store over the years. They have a dedicated kitchen appliance section and a smart home section. Along with video games for consoles, they also have some additional items - familiar to what you'd see in GameStop. You can find a good deal here now and again, but just like most brick and mortar stores the prices can be high for certain products."

"A clean and open Best Buy. We came from Pittsburgh via Castle Shannon. Time to replace our almost three year old microwave which lost its heating capability. Found an open box deal on an LG microwave that is sold for $199.99 and got it for $121.99, so I think we made out just fine here. I’m a big online shopper, so buying from a big box brick and mortar store is out of the ordinary for me."
