"Very disorganized. Staff seemed to not know what promotions they were having and took multiple tries for them to figure out what kind of promotions were valid. Staff offered no help whatsoever, instead opting to carry on their conversation at the registers. Very disappointing, will not be returning."

"I walked in on Saturday Jan 7 feeling pretty defeated because Victoria Secret didn’t carry my bra size. I was walking past Torrid and figured why not. I went in and was immediately questioned about what I was looking for, and Alysia did such an amazing job helping me! I explained my situation, and she measured me and found the perfect size for me. The only critique I have was that they didn’t carry a 38 band, but carried my cup size. I would’ve liked to order in store, but online is okay too."

"When I walked in, I was greeted but questioned about whether I had money to shop there. Then, she stated that there was a clearance section in the back. One of the staff members followed me to the back of the store as I was looking at bras and proceeded to watch me in the camera like I was going to steal. (She didn’t come back to the front until I was at the register) Ive never been treated like this before at any Torrid or store period. I had just came from getting my nails done at the salon in the mall and simply was looking for a shirt due to going out that evening. Although I found some great deals, I surely will not return to this location."

"Great selection of clothing for plus size, but need to get their return policy straight. We purchased items online and weren't informed that they were non-refundable even though the website told us to go to the nearest store to return. Wasted our time and gas making a trip here for nothing, even though the products were still unused and in the original condition with tags on."
