"Popped in while in town visiting family. Staff and members were warm and welcoming. The space is HUGE which means everyone has plenty of space, but that also means it is hard to hear instructions from the coach. My only complaint are the sparse cross fit class times. 630 am is too early. 830 am is too late. I opted for 630 but would have much preferred a 730 to get another hour of snoozing. I have trouble enough staying awake while visiting in laws :)"
"Go to Fitt 55+ classes. Coaches are great, they put together workouts specifically for the over 55 group. They help with form and give a lot of encouragement. Crossfit classes are like being with a community of friends and you get to build strength, cardio and agility while hanging out with friends. Oh,and sweating."
"I highly recommend this place. The monthly membership fee might seem expensive, but you’re basically getting a personal trainer every class, and that would cost you at least $40 per session at any other gym. The programming means you never have to come up with your own workout, and you leave soaked with sweat after every class. I’m 36 years old, have been going here 3x per week for the last 18 months, and have never felt better."
