"Absolutely horrific experience. Our employee went down to this location after we scheduled an appointment and was told that they don't accept corporate credit cards. I spoke to an individual yesterday on the phone, went to the office myself and spoke to an individual, and spoke to another individual today over the phone when scheduling the appointment, and each time I asked if a corporate card was accepted, and every one of them said that they accept corporate credit cards. They told the employee they had to pay in cash, and they were sent to an ATM before we intervened. I called the office and they said that they do accept corporate credit cards, but only if someone mentions it. Obviously, they did mention it, because the employee was outright told that they don't accept corporate cards and left to get their own money. The employee went back to the office and they accepted the card after a rather direct phone call from me with the office staff. Given our rapidly growing employee count and the potential for an account with this fingerprinting business, it's a shame that we had to end our relationship after one visit."
"Horrible experience. I got there early and gave them my id and waited for so long until they scanned my fingerprint. I can hear the employees chit chatting in the room and not doing anything. The lady just took my id and didn’t explain why it was going to take a long time. I went to another location before and i was in and out in no time."
"I was there at Identogo only for fingerprinting. This positive review is purely for Rama. She was extremely hard working, working very quickly and effectively, with politeness and positivity! Parking in the area is tough, but I was able to get in and out in under 20 minutes with fingerprints done. She even helped me repeat the card when one of them had a mistake, and helped me with change for cash. If you need services here, I'd call to see if she's working first!"
"David was super friendly and went above & beyond expectations. Such a breath of fresh air in this miserable city… he managed my expectations but really cared and tried to help in the best way he could. Highly recommend! I cldve gone to any apostille/finger print place in the city. Definitely worth the trip downtown."
"I just had the worst experience at Identogo. The (fair skinned) receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable and truly knows customer service but the dark skinned woman in the back had the nastiest attitude. I tried to explain to her that I had already paid a fee and she became so rude that I had to put her in her place. The misunderstanding was explained to me by again the (fair skinned) receptionist and the matter was resolved, unfortunately it was after I had to lower myself to rudeness of the dark skinned woman with the ponytail. This woman needs better training , better attitude or another job."
